In order to be elegible for refund, the Citizenship Test must be taken not earlier than 5 and not later than 90 days after purchase. An official statement of your test's outcome must be emailed or faxed to us along with your PayPal receipt;
we offer full refund to those members who will send us a photograph of themselves holding their citizenship certificates, and allow us to use these pictures on our website. This offer is valid until May 1, 2009.
Access to the website is unlimited in time. However, Training Transcripts will be deleted after 6 months.
Free training consists in unlimited access to practice questions in one pre-selected category. An Evaluation Test, based on all categories, is also offered free of charge to registered users.
Publications offered in the Bookstore, or the Downloads section of the training panel, are available in PDF format only. Cover images are meant for advertising purposes only. Complete Training Kits consist of an Upgrade to Full Access to all categories (Online Training) and all PDF documents in the Bookstore.
