  • What is PDF?
    PDF (portable document file) is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it. Your computer might already have the software necessary to read PDFs  - Adobe Reader (also known as Acrobat Reader).  If you don't have it, you can download it for free here.

  • Do you accept money orders?
    Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept money orders.

  • How long does it take?
    After your payment has been made, you will receive access to all the material within minutes, even seconds. Check your email. You will first receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment, then an email from us with all the download information you need.

  • Payment related questions
    We chose PayPal as our Payment Processor because it is easy to use and before all, it can be trusted. If for some reason you are unable to use PayPal, alternative payment options are available. Please contact us.

  • I click on the download link, but nothing happens!
    If you are using dial-up connection to internet, be patient,  it will take some minutes to download the Practice Questions. If your computer is set up to load PDF documents in the browser, for a while you will not see anything, just a grey screen. Eventually the document will be fully loaded and you will then be able to save it on your hard disk.

  • I don't have a printer
    You can use a printer in a cybercafe or anywhere else where printing services are offered, all you need is to access your email, open our message containing the download link, click on it, download the documents again and print them out.  Otherwise, use our Online Training.  At this time, we do not mail CDs o paper versions of our Questions.

  • Who are you?
