I personally think it s a great idea to take the test but slightly disappointed with the exam. I studied really hard for it but it was not challenging at all. All questions are common sense ones and even a 10 year old can pass it with flying citizens. They should have 50 questions instead and passmark should be higher too, perhaps 95% is a good idea. But I bet you that even if you ask the local british citizens to take the test they are bound to fail, in fact the failure rate would be more than the poeple applying for citizenship.

My journey to British Citizenship is half way accomplished...

Actually,though I haven't read it all yet,the book i purchased says that-
THERE IS NO parliament in Northern Ireland as it was sustained by the UK gov
due to disagreements between its members (Catholic&Protestants)
If it actually says laterin the book that THERE IS a parliament in Northern Ireland then it is quite obvious that someone out there is having a laugh at our expense!
There's so much unclear info on this book,it's unbelieveable!

In my opnion the idea of doing this exam is very good because people will be pushed to learn English and communcate with english people BUT on the other hand HomeOffice should know there are many people who are illiterate and old so can not learn another language. Therefor i think this exam should be for certen age... Thanks
